Cancellation Policy

Pearson-Radli & Associates reserves the right to cancel any training class based upon specific criteria regarding minimum student registrations. In most instances, class cancellation will be made no less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the class. Pearson-Radli & Associates will accept student cancellations no less than ten (10) days prior to the start of class. A FULL REFUND of the registration fee will be forwarder to the student/agency. If student cancellations occur LESS THAN 10 days prior to the start of class, no refund of the class registration fee will be made.
